I have had birria ramen all over the states even in California and I can definitely say this is the best birria ramen I have ever had. You just can’t go wrong with it. Every time I go, it’s like my first time eating it all over again. Even the birria tacos are good.
Incredible food from a food truck? Yes.!! This food truck is parked at a corner gas station. Outl in Indianapolis and wanted to grab some food At one in the morning. What an amazing find. Got an assortment of food and it was all incredible, from the Ramen to the tacos to the beans and rice. Service and atmosphere were amazing considering it’s a food truck people!
I absolutely love this particular taco truck!! Food is delish and well worth me traveling from east to west to taste the bold flavors of their culture!! In my book this is the number #1 taco truck in Indy!! Hopefully one day they will open one up on Pendleton Pike!!
1st time here! Food was some of the best in town! They don’t go skimpy on the meats and toppings everything was fully loaded full of flavor. The pizza was huge! 1 slice is a meal itself! Also not pictured the horchata was some of the best I have had!! We will be back! Support your food trucks! That’s where the heart and soul and flavor in cooking is!
The Birria Ramen was easily a 12/10! So much flavor, it has landed a spot in my top 3 most favorite foods. Highly recommend. I will be a repeat customer moving forward.
I've ordered here many times. Hands down the best tacos I've had outside of Jalisco. Excellent flavor in the bistec and chorizo, as well as excellent preparation complete with the pepper and onions on the side. Solid esquites too. I have a feeling the negative reviews are from people that don't what real food is or people that don't have the common sense to check to make sure they're open.
